took a right turn at Albuquerque

It's still growing, but my quilt took a right turn at Albuquerque... If I may quote Bugs Bunny!  
I cut a huge pile of HST's tomake the card trick block, so it may end up with a crazy border  yet...
With perhaps an actual card trick block...Gotta love the fleeting moments of Aha's!
